Why this exists

I'm a former chef in Iowa Park, Texas. Illness hit my stamina hard, and I can't work in other people's kitchens anymore. I will always think of myself as a chef, because it was never what I did, it was who I was.

What I hated most about the job was the paperwork: the costings, spreadsheets, menu writing, weekly rotations and P&Ls. So I use my time to help local chefs and owners take some of that stress off their plate.

I'm still learning what is most useful, which is why I ask a few short questions along the way.
